Shipping and Delivery
We pride ourselves on our fast postage service, we aim to send packages within two working days of payment clearing, but allow up to 1 weeks for delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for things going missing in the post, although we do use Recorded delivery. All prices are to UK mainland and start from £2.50 all orders over £50 will go post free.
Returns and Replacements
Items are checked prior to listing and dispatch. If for any reason you are not happy with the item please contact us as soon as you receive your goods 7 days to discuss and to return within the 14 days with original sealed packaging. The item must be returned in perfect condition. Return postage is to be paid by the buyer.
Ordering
Items on our website tipi trading post are stated in stock or out of stock - Items are updated all the time and in the event of something being out of stock we will contact you to give further instructions.
Payment, Pricing and Promotions
Payments are taken in the form of paypal which is one of the safest ways to pay online.
Viewing Orders
Orders can be viewed online in your account. This can be accessed via "Log In" link at the top of the website.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at anytime we recommend you do not share your password with anyone else and changing it every six months is recommended - Should you forget your password please use the lost password link to get it re-set vie email to the account holder.
